Well, there is no better way to understand Nepal and the Nepali people, than through food cuisine of Nepal. Nepal does not have one distinct cooking style. However, food habits differ depending on their region. Indian and Tibetan styles influence the Nepali cuisine .
Moreover, authentic Nepali taste is consider as Newari and Thakali cuisines.
For instance, whenever we go to Patan we are fascinated by the Newari food in small restaurants with their taste and hospitality. That basically shows the Newari culture of locals.

- MO:MO
Among many food cuisine of Nepal momo is briefly the major one .If we are here to talk about Nepali food, we must mention momo. They are basically dumplings which includes meat or vegetables and served with spicy sauce. Undoubtedly, it is the pseudo national dish of Nepal. There is also a saying that you can’t be a Nepali if you don’t like momo.

We all Nepalese people are living on dal bhat. Basically, it is a meal which people eat twice a day . Nothing makes Nepalese people happy than a plate filled with Dal, Bhat, and Tarkari.

Wai Wai noodle is undoubtedly the national food cuisine of Nepal and Nepali people. The best thing about this noodle is it is pre-cooked and dried. You can either cook it or eat it raw. We love Wai Wai noodles so much that we can have them any time of the day.
